Richard Strautman is the facilitator of my TAB group. The leadership and input he provides at our meetings fosters a productive environment and I consistently receive meaningful and valuable insight into my business.
Following these group meetings, I work with Richard independently and he takes what we have uncovered at our TAB meeting or a particular issue my business is facing and he challenges me to think in new ways, expands on practices that are currently working and then provides the knowledge or resources I need to take action.
I look forward to our meetings and I look at my business in a different way since working with Richard. I feel like I have access to his wealth of diverse business experience and knowledge.
